During your heating maintenance visit, a Neese technician will inspect and service key components of your furnace and heating system.

Heating Maintenance Checklist

• Inspect and tighten electrical connections and terminals
• Remove, clean, and adjust main gas burners
• Remove, clean, and adjust the ignition or pilot assembly
• Inspect the heat exchanger and combustion chamber
• Clean the blower wheel and motor
• Test and inspect furnace safety controls
• Replace or clean standard air filters as needed
• Lubricate fan motors when applicable
• Measure and record electrical voltage and amperage
• Adjust and clean the blower motor and fan assembly
• Inspect airflow and overall system operation
