I have been using Neece for many years, in two different houses, with excellent results. Recently they installed two soft-starts on my AC units for generator backup and they got it done in less than two hours with no issues for a very reasonable price. Phillip and Caleb did a fantastic job installing my new AC Unit. They were timely, patient, knowledgable, professional and answered any and all questions we had. Keith was also a great salesman when helping us find the perfect AC unit within our budget. He explained everything in detail, and any problems we might occur along the way. He gave us on the spot quotes with no pressure options. They were also very communicative during a long holiday weekend with additional questions. Overall, very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend.

So impressed with the level of service provided by David! I truly appreciated a visit on Sunday to assist in diagnosing my AC issue on a unit that is only 2 years old. David was thorough in explaining how the system works and his plan to identify the issue - in this case a process of elimination. His concern to first identify the problem and then address corrective action and possible options made the experience las positive as can be when your AC isn’t working properly! Great customer service and highly recommend!

I began using Neese when the air at our restaurant unexpectedly went out. Unfortunately, our system required additional visits. Each I have called, a technician was present within a few hours. Today after 16 years we needed a new Carrier Ac unit. As we've done for 15 years we called Neese Jones and within 1 hot afternoon, Kyle, Avery and Rodrigo did a superb job installing the entire system. They not only did it quietly (no music blaring) and efficiently they did it in one afternoon. They left our home as clean as they found it and we are once again pleased that we chose Neese-Jones.D HillWe have been using Neese-Jones since 2006. We can testify that Neese Heating and Air honors their warranty to the letter. When our 2 year old AC went out during some of the hottest days we’ve had this year, Neese responded to our call within a couple of hours. They diagnose the problem within an hour and made urgent arrangements to get us back up and running within 24 hours. They even offered to bring us a temp cooling unit if it became necessary. We didn't need it but it was nice to know they would go the extra mile to deliver us satisfaction. This is why we have been a Neese customer since 2006.
