I had many options offered by Google and chose Neese because of their length of time in business, the fact that they were family owned, and their five-star rating. It was fairly easy to arrange service and the technician was at the house when he said he would be. Austin, the technician, was very personable and easy going and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem quickly and replace a defective part without delay and in a short amount of time. I am very satisfied with Austin and the service he provided and Neese Heating and Air. I highly recommend Neese Heating and Air to anyone one in need of heating or air conditioning repair issues.

I, as well as hundreds, I was told, was without heat this past weekend, as the snow blew in. Neese came out same day. Russell, the technician, was professional, friendly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. I signed up for preventative maintenance with them! I would recommend. They were professional & I really appreciated the same-day service in a great time of need. Didn't feel like he was selling me a maintenance program; it was more of a suggestion. I want them to have my business.

As always great service! Scheduled service with the online tool on a Saturday, was called back immediately to confirm day/time. Tech showed up as scheduled. Tech spoke to me in plain english and explained the concerns I was having and turns out the system was doing exactly what it was supposed to be doing.

I am happy to give this review. I contacted Neese as a second opinion. Zach the technician was very informative, and explained to me what the true issue was versus what I was told by another company. I am very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company, and I am immediately canceling my maintenance contract with my other company to them.

Great service and reasonable price! Furnace stopped working Sat evening. I was able to make an appointment for Sun on the website. They confirmed later that evening via text and our technician showed up the next morning and took care of the repair. Couldn’t be happier.

Zack was our tech today. Arrived on time - a big plus in my book. Accessed our issue (leaking Water Heater above the drop ceiling) and got the replacement unit on order for us. Neese Heating & Air Conditioning came to our rescue when the motor on our 7 year old HVAC system unexpectedly blew out even though we got it serviced less than 3 months before.No one else would come out in the afternoon the day after Christmas but they did. They advised us that the part we needed was not in stock but they tried for over 3 hours to connect an alternate motor that unfortunately didn’t work.They continued to push for 2 days to get the part and installed it as soon as it came in.I felt that they really cared and went above and beyond to get us heat before the weather turned super cold.I cannot praise and recommend them enough.Thank you Neese for your professionalism and extraordinary service!
