The technician (Mark Mason) that came out gave me a call ahead, was very polite and courteous when he arrived. He did a great job explaining everything to me and made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. Honest, prompt, and quality service, starting from sales to installation, to post-installation support. They are the best in the industry, reasonably priced, and most importantly, really good installatoin and customer service. 5 stars all around, and ask for Keith when it comes to sales. He's an honest salesman that won't try to sell you stuff you don't need.

I have been using Neece for many years, in two different houses, with excellent results. Recently they installed two soft-starts on my AC units for generator backup and they got it done in less than two hours with no issues for a very reasonable price. Phillip and Caleb did a fantastic job installing my new AC Unit. They were timely, patient, knowledgable, professional and answered any and all questions we had. Keith was also a great salesman when helping us find the perfect AC unit within our budget. He explained everything in detail, and any problems we might occur along the way. He gave us on the spot quotes with no pressure options. They were also very communicative during a long holiday weekend with additional questions. Overall, very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend.

So impressed with the level of service provided by David! I truly appreciated a visit on Sunday to assist in diagnosing my AC issue on a unit that is only 2 years old. David was thorough in explaining how the system works and his plan to identify the issue - in this case a process of elimination. His concern to first identify the problem and then address corrective action and possible options made the experience las positive as can be when your AC isn’t working properly! Great customer service and highly recommend!

I began using Neese when the air at our restaurant unexpectedly went out. Unfortunately, our system required additional visits. Each I have called, a technician was present within a few hours.
