Overall was a great experience! Keith the salesman was a straight shooter with a great personality. Justin the installer was thorough, clean and efficient. The reason we picked Neese is due to our computer board going out on our old unit. They were nice enough to put a board in for me for the time being at an extremely to make sure my family didn’t go without heat. Neese are a great family run business.

It is uncommon today to come across service that exceeds expectations and delivers WOW customer service. But that is what the Neese HVAC team provided with the two furnace a/c installations we had today. The work was thorough, and the crew was courteous and respectful of the property during the conduct of installing heavy equipment. Teamwork personified, with everyone on site performing various tasks independently and in an unchaotic manner. I have no reservations recommending Neese H&AC unconditionally based upon the delightful experience we had with our installation. The employees of Neese Jones, from the office to the field, have always been polite, on time and knowledgeable. Allen, the service tech, always takes time to explain to me how the HVAC is doing. And what, if anything needed to be done. I have been with them for many years and when you need service, they always make time to get to you. They are honest and reasonable. I have been a customer of Neese for many years. One of my units was original to the house and really needed replacing. Keith assessed the unit and gave me some options. I was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. Keith was professional, extremely helpful and very personable! I chose the best option for me and scheduled the install. Francisco and his team did an excellent job on the install! They were very meticulous and efficient. Adjustments had to be made for the new unit in my crawl space. They could have cut corners and I probably wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend Neese Heating and Air!
