Chad was our service tech today and he has been coming out for as long as I can remember. He has always been a knowledgeable and personable young man. We have used Neese-Jones for at least 10+ years for our twice yearly maintenance. Everyone from the receptionist to the services techs to the owners have been a pleasure to work with. Anything I’ve needed between service appts, they have been able to answer, run out if needed or just walk me through something if I’m not sure of what to do.You will not find a better nor more personable company than Neese-Jones.

I will be using Neese for any HVAC need we have after our initial experience. Mark went over and beyond to regulate our humidity, which is crucial since we own a violin shop. Working with an incredibly complicated system, he took great care in making sure our systems communicated with each other properly. We are now operating at 50% humidity and everything is working perfectly. Mark brought lots of experience and professionalism to this job, and the staff at Neese were fantastic, too. Signed an annual contract with them!

My A/C stopped working and after many calls to other A/C companies I stumbled onto Neese. One company I gave my phone number for a callback, no one followed up. Another A/C couldn’t see me for 5 days. Neese came out the next day and fixed my problem. The repairman agreed to see me after already working a full day. Neese went over and above to help me. Clayton, the repairman was professional and had my A/C working in no time. I have put Neese in my phone as my go to A/C company and Clayton as my repairman of choice.

Our home AC went out about a month ago. We had two different HVAC companies come out, both of which diagnosed the issue and charged a diagnostic fee—only to leave it at that. They told us we needed a replacement part, but made little to no effort to actually locate it or keep us informed. It felt like they did not care—probably because they weren’t the ones suffering through 95-degree heat.I contacted NEESE on a Thursday evening—and the entire issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. I truly can’t say enough about their professionalism and efficiency. From now on, this is the only HVAC company my husband and I will be using or recommending. They are amazing!!

We needed immediate help, as our AC stopped working yesterday.Reached out first thing this morning and by 8.00 am I had a visit scheduled.The Technician was at our house by 11.00 am same day and got the AC running again. Russel was very nice and explained me what was going on and what the issue was.Based on the experience and service signed up for a bi-annual AC checkup package.

Our upstairs AC unit wasn’t cooling properly so I called for service around 3 PM. A service technician was at our house within 2 hours. The technician even called to give me an update on when he would arrive. The technician arrived at the exact time and checked out the system and got it working properly within 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service is the norm for this company.

Residential AC replacement in Acworth on 6/24/25.I paid good money and expected good service but everyone went above and beyond my expectation.Comfort advisor John wasn't pushy at all, very easy to deal with.Installers Enrique and Orlando however, were simply amazing. Both were focused and confident working outside in 95° heat and in the hot attic. I wish I could hire a dozen IT engineers like them.

Our technician Jeremy was EXCELLENT! He knew exactly what to do and had great conversations while he was working.The price was fair, and he got the work done within an hour.When I called on a Sunday afternoon to set up a service, the person over the phone also was able to steer me in the right direction. He also gave simple tricks to do for routine maintenance to ensure efficiency for my unit! Highly recommended. They took all the guess work out and couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was!!

Over the weekend, my AC stopped cooling, but a technician promptly arrived the same day to diagnose the issue. Ultimately, I had to replace my AC unit, and I also opted for a full system installation through their service. Their quote was highly competitive, and the technicians were skilled and professional. They didn't only replace my AC unit, but also educated me about different components and how I can prevent such issues in the future. I would definitely recommend them.
