Our HVAC system went out last week and Sam Dodd came to service it. We have dealt with other various technicians but Sam was one of the rare ones that was completely transparent and willing to explain what he was doing. Sam had to deliver us the bad news that we would need a replacement but he gave us great advice on how to research, think about what matters to us, and what types of questions to ask. Highly recommended!One other thing I wanted to note, was attitude toward our request to wear booties in the house. I've had other technicians seem annoyed at the request but Sam genuinely wanted to respect our home.Now I know that technicians are capable of being independent so I will try to seek out the ones that don't try to hide behind expertise.If we ultimately decide to use Neese as replacement, we will most certainly request Sam if he could help with the install.

Brandon was awesome! My appointment window was 8a-12p, and when the tech was running a bit behind, Neese proactively communicated that he was on his way. Once Brandon arrived at my condo, he asked about shoe covers right away, which I really appreciated.He asked what was going on with my AC, listened carefully, and explained how he would check the components before starting any repair. He assessed the issue, fixed it, and clearly explained what was wrong and why. Professional, communicative, and respectful of my home from start to finish. Highly recommend Brandon and Neese Heating and Air!

Having AC issues in Atlanta in the middle of August while out of the country on vacation is a scary place to be. Neese jumped on it right away and had one of their Tech’s to my house within a couple of hours. Zach was awesome, diagnosed the issue and parts were ordered by the end of the day. Now waiting on parts but very relieved and appreciate how quickly they reacted in what I know has to be the busiest time of the year.

My air conditioner was acting up, I called Neese Heating ,AC & plumbing and a few hrs later Jeremy was looking at my ac unit and was in contact with me before he arrived very professional and had everything taken care of in no time ,I will definitely use them for any future issues with my air conditioner , Not to mention the lady that I talked to at there office to set everything up was very professional as well !

Jeremy and Douglas were great. Fixed my problem (uneven air flow to various bedrooms) with larger flex ducts and rerouted to shorten distance to bedrooms. Immediately saw a positive difference in volume of air flow and cooling.

Neese Heating, AC & Plumbing has been performing annual maintenance on my HVAC system for years, so when my AC finally bit the dust during the latest heat wave (it was 24 years old, but well maintained!), I gave them a call. I spoke with a very helpful and knowledgeable representative on the phone and had a technician out that same day.After inspecting the system, Daniel offered to come back the next day and try a repair that might possibly get me one more year out of it, but I decided to bite the bullet and get a new system. He didn't even charge me for the appointment or inspection.Within an hour, another great employee, JW, came out to discuss my options for a new system. Nothing in this life is inexpensive — and it's just me and my cat living here, and she sure doesn't help with the bills — and a new HVAC system is certainly anything but cheap. But the price was fair, and I didn't have to haggle or feel like I was being pressured into anything.They couldn't do the installation until the day after next, so they even offered to bring out portable AC units in the meantime.Spencer and another employee came out as scheduled to install the new system, and both were professional, courteous, and fast. In fact, every Neese employee who has ever entered my home has even worn foot coverings, which is one of those small details that says a lot about how they treat their customers' homes.Within 48 hours of my initial call, my house went from being 93°F inside well past midnight to a comfortable 71°F while the afternoon Georgia sun showed its blistering grin to the outdoors.I feel like I received a premium system and premium service to go along with it. All of my questions were answered, and every member of the staff was respectful and understanding while I was dealing with a relatively huge and very unexpected home repair expense.10/10 service from each and every person involved — from the guy who answered my initial call, to the technician, the Business Development Manager, and the installers.AlBetween the expert installation, top-tier equipment, and decade-long warranty, I feel confident this system is going to last. And I'm equally confident I'll be having Neese Heating, AC & Plumbing come out to maintain it for many years to come.

Though I did not use their service for replacing the faulty system with new due to pricing, they have been very professional, explained the issue, offered solutions and recommendations, etc.

I booked a last-minute appointment the night the upstairs air conditioner stopped cooling. Russ came out on time was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and very polite. He got the air conditioner up and running, which is a blessing, Make sure that the filter had been changed, and that all of the issues were addressed. I feel confident that he did a great job!
