Neese technician Jeremy Hall visited our home yesterday to complete the semi-annual examination of our three HVAC systems. Jeremy is an outstanding technician and was very thorough in checking our systems to confirm that they were operating normally. He even took a photo of the evaporator coil in the main unit to show me its condition, which was much better than others he had inspected. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and uses his expertise to benefit Neese customers. He truly is an asset to the Neese organization.

We had Neese install a new Carrier system a couple of years ago. They had the best proposal among the 4 vendors we contacted. During the latest cold snap, our blower controller went out after just 2.5 years. Thankfully, we have a 10 year parts and labor warranty on this system with their yearly maintenance plan. Everyone in their office and who has been out to our home has been very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Neese for your HVAC needs, and we plan to continue having them maintain our systems and do any upgrades or replacement work that inevitably comes up.

First really cold morning of the season, and the HVAC was not working properly. Placed a service call and the response was very quick. We need a part and it will be ordered if not ins stock.
