We have used Neese Heating and Cooling for several years, and they have consistently provided timely, professional, and reasonably priced service. Today, Jeff B., one of their technicians, came out to prepare our AC unit for the summer season. During the visit, he discovered that at the previous service appointment, a plug in the motor’s drainage line had inadvertently not been removed, causing water to back up into the motor.Mistakes can happen, and what truly impressed us was how Jeff and Neese Heating and Cooling handled the situation. They acknowledged the error immediately and are replacing the motor at no cost to us. In today’s world, it is rare to find a company willing to take ownership and stand behind their work in such an honest and professional manner.That level of integrity and customer service is worth far more than the original mistake itself. We will absolutely continue using Neese Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them to others. Thank you, Neese, for your outstanding work ethic and commitment to your customers.

Please let this confirm my very highest review for Neese-Jones Heating & Air Conditioning. While I required a new HVAC system in the middle of the very hot (08-10-2023) and early days of August. This also happened at the same time my home was recovering from a busted water pipe. On the HVAC install day, a full crew of contractors filled my home demolishing and rebuilding the damaged areas. Kyle and Rodrigo from Neese-Jones arrived right on time and set about removing and replacing my worn-out HVAC system and did so in a most professional and timely manner. Equally important there was never a conflict with the other work taking place in my home. My home is now cool and comfortable, and I am sure it will be warm and toasty this winter. Thank you, Neese-Jones for your accurate diagnosis, recommended system replacement and for having men like Kyle and Rodrigo on your Team!
