6/22/26 - Jeff and Austin partnered to complete our Bi-annual maintenance service! As always, they did a great job! I love the maintenance plan and the advantages it provides!3/23/26 - our Hot Water Heater was out and Trevor came over and fixed it promptly! Great service and respectful!We have been working with Neese Jones for over 10 years. We have used them for preventive maintenance, repairs, additions to our home and recently replaced a 15 year old unit on our main floor and. Heat pump on our Terrace Level. They provided a competitive quote and then installed within a couple days. We have also had to replace the heating unit on the terrace level and last we have also replaced the water heater! The install crew has always been professional and never disturb anything inside or outside of our home as they replaced the furnaces and water heater! A great company and Rick Harris and Russell have been great to work with! I will definitely continue to use them!

Neese Heating and Air is always tops. When we purchased an HVAC unit from the company, we also paid for bi annual service, which is inexpensive and well worth the investment! If you buy from them, get the bi annual service so you're covered!
