Neese diagnosed an issue with our HVAC system in our condominium and recommended a system replacement. The Neese representative, Brett McAllister managed the entire process which included a crane to move new equipment to our roof and remove the old system. The installation team were professional in every regard as to their product knowledge and best practices in fitting the new equipment into place. We also replaced a hot water heater in the process. All of the team were highly professional.

Very professional and informative started with the first moment of contact with scheduling an appt. Wonderful customer service. Refreshing!!! 1st visit: came out same day, Jeremy did the diagnosis and took the time to explain everything to us, parts had to be ordered. 2nd visit: 3 days later, Bill did a great job.
