We recently had Neese Heating. AC & Plumbing install a new whole HVAC system in our home in Cumming, GA. Everything from the price quote, to the installation, and cleanup was outstanding. the new system works perfectly and we couldn't be happier. We had several price quotes and Neese beat them all. AC failed due to motor in old furnace. I was added to the next morning schedule. They gave my options to repair or replace. I chose replacement. They worked quickly and installed a new furnace the next day. I would recommend this company. I have used them over 30 years.

We’ve been using Neese since the late 1980’s when they were Neese-Jones. Our longtime contractor used them so we did too and have continued over the past 35 years. Always been happy with the service they provide. We’ve especially been happy with our service with Logan Peters and Rick Harris’s advice.update July 2026: We now have Austin as our technician (Logan moved to Florida) and really like him. He always does a great job and keeps us up to date on everything.

I had a great experience with Russ as he worked to ensure maximum comfort and cooling even with 96 plus degrees in our two story home. Russ arrived early and resolved the issue with the experience of a seasoned pro. The technicians from the company are top level !! Russ is absolutely an outstanding technician and easy to work with.
