Trevor Jones from Neese Heating, Air and Plumbing came out to install our new water heater. He was very polite, professional, and punctual. He called to confirm his arrival time and did a great job with removal of the old water heater and installation of the one. He instructed us on how to operate the unit. He did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards also.

Our AC went out and we called Neese Jones of course, technician came out on schedule and broke the news that after 24 years my hvac wasn’t worth fixing. I had zero hesitation in scheduling a consult to get a new one installed by Neese Jones as soon as possible and am confident I got the best price and will get the top tier service I’ve always gotten from them moving forward. I've used Neese for about 8 or 9 years. Had an issue with my thermostat and they were able to send Jeremy H. the same day. Problem was an easy fix, but he checked the indoor and outdoor systems just to make sure all was functioning properly. Knowledgable, friendly, and just plain nice. I'm so confident with Neese and their staff. I never worry about our heating and air systems.
