We’ve been using Neese since the late 1980’s when they were Neese-Jones. Our longtime contractor used them so we did too and have continued over the past 35 years. Always been happy with the service they provide. We’ve especially been happy with our service with Logan Peters and Rick Harris’s advice.update July 2026: We now have Austin as our technician (Logan moved to Florida) and really like him. He always does a great job and keeps us up to date on everything.

I had a great experience with Russ as he worked to ensure maximum comfort and cooling even with 96 plus degrees in our two story home. Russ arrived early and resolved the issue with the experience of a seasoned pro. The technicians from the company are top level !! Russ is absolutely an outstanding technician and easy to work with.

First time homeowner with not much HVAC experience. I called Neese to perform an A/C service, so I could find out what condition my HVAC unit is in as we head into the brutal summer heat. Extremely glad I called!The service tech who came out was Codey S., and he was incredible. After servicing the outside unit, he came inside to service the air handler. He discovered a huge moisture issue right next to the evaporator coil that had unfortunately led to mold growth. With three small children in the house, he took it upon himself to stay and fix this on the spot.I’m so glad I called Neese to come out and extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Codey. He really went above and beyond. I’ll recommend Neese to my friends and neighbors in the future.
