Can’t say enough about Neese Heating and Cooling. Called with what we thought was a serious problem with our HVAC. Ricky arrived shortly after our call and promptly diagnosed what was wrong. Much to our relief it was a minor quick fix. Great company to work with. Technicians are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Very professional and informative started with the first moment of contact with scheduling an appt. Wonderful customer service. I am on a maintenance plan with this company, they came on time with bi-yearly appointment. The tech was top notch. Highly recommend. Keeping the system up and running is a huge priority not something I did the past and only cause issue. Maintenance is the key!!!

May 10, 2019Neese-Jones provided an excellent experience from the original contact with Kevin Corrick, the Comfort Consultant, right through the installation done by Kyle and Tyler. Everyone was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.Kevin was a wealth of information on air conditioning and options and he proposed two units to let me choose the one that best met our needs. Surprisingly, I chose the more expensive option which had a higher SEER rating to maximize electricity cost over the lifetime of the unit. I notified Kevin on Saturday of my choice and he had installation schedule for my requested time frame.Installation was performed by Kyle and Tyler and they were right on time, courteous, ready to work. They had the old unit removed in no time and installed a new pad for the compressor. They changed out the condenser and rerouted the condenser drain to provide better flow. Upon completion, everything looked great!I will definitely ask for Kyle and Tyler when I replace the other unit!

We appreciate the bi-annual maintenance program. Systems perform well and we have a good sense of how the equipment is holding up and can therefore plan for future replacement. This technician, Anthony, was EXCEPTIONAL!! He found a small "puddle" in the basement crawl space and found the source from the upstairs kitchen faucet and fixed!! WAY above and beyond. As for HVAC work, was very through and informative! BRAVO!

Today, Jeff Burns from Neese HAV visited our property to service our air conditioners and units. I was impressed by his extensive knowledge about our units. He emphasized the importance of regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Jeff provided valuable insights on how to maximize the efficiency of our units without incurring excessive costs. The service fee for two units and a mini split was quite reasonable compared to other HAV companies. Jeff demonstrated great respect for our property and completed his tasks within a reasonable timeframe.

Neese Heating and Cooling replaced one of my existing HVAC systems with a Lennox system as well as greatly improving the airflow by redesigning the ducting providing the heated/cooled air. This new system is vastly more efficient than our older original system and is controlled by a touch screen thermostat. While the hardware is impressively better than the old technology Neese's service personnel went out of their way to explain in layman's terms why and how their changes would fix our longstanding airflow issues. Upon completion of the install we are very pleased to see that all of our rooms on this floor are cooled and heated much better.

I'm on their semi-annual service plan. They do a great job maintaining all of your HVAC equipment. Recently I had a system go out and they were out to repair it within hours. It was a challenging repair, but they kept me informed at every step of the process. Extra thanks to Tristan, Austin, Mark, and the ladies in the office. Highly recommend!
