Part II…Ricky Camacho showed up as scheduled to install the replacement blower on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. My system is operational again and I couldn’t me happier. I wish I had called Neese when the problem started over a month ago but felt I needed to go back to the company who installed the unit in 2022. Huge mistake!! Thank you Neese!!Jeremy arrived on time as scheduled. Immediately diagnosed the problem Unfortunately, a part needed to be ordered. I have confidence I will be up and running again within 24-48 hours!

Very professional and friendly visit. Enrique and crew arrived on time with a 20 minute courtesy call to remind me of his arrival. He was efficient and answered all of my questions. I’ve been a Neese customer for 24 years. I was frantic because I’m hosting 60 plus family members this weekend for our reunion and my HVAC system died on Monday. Everybody who helped me, from my first call to Neese, to Sam, Enrique and entire crew (and even the owner) were very efficient, patient and understanding. Honest, punctual, and reasonably priced. Our older unit was not blowing cold air, and we suspected the capacitor might be the problem. Freddy inspected the system, quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor, and completed the repair without trying to upsell us on any unnecessary work. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty.
