Our hot water heater recirculating pump developed a leak. We placed a call in for a plumbing repair and had an appointment the next day. Matt was our service tech and identified the repair we needed quickly, provided the quote and then we proceeded. Excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend!

*Update* 5/7/26- Another great experience with Neese. Douglas M was kind & diligent in service. Even took time to pay attention to my Corgi who wouldn't leave him alone until he got some attention. Thanks!2/19/26 - Today's tardy semiannual maintenance was another convenient & great service provided by Shawn R & his partner. Neese-Jones has consistently since October 2016 provided above & beyond service and care. Anytime I have had any HVAC and water heater issues, they promptly resolved it to great satisfaction. Thanks!4/25/25... Today's semiannual HVAC maintenance was another example how well Neese-Jones provides excellent service. The tech was kind & efficient.6/23/23... HVAC Tech A. and Jordan N., all their HVAC techs & customer service reps are THE Go-To Home Comfort Experts. They made my years (since 2016) of ownership from installation up to semiannual maintenance hassle free. Their solutions lowered my electric & gas consumption thus lowered my utility bills, yet keeping my home cooler and warmer as desired. Exemplary service every time from phone call to appointments. The question of whether I would hire them again... the answer is yes without any hesitation.

I’m been using Neese for 25 years for all my heating and air conditioning equipment requirements. They have excellent technical training and great technicians. They have very little turnover so you see the same technicians year after year. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.The technician today, went far beyond what is required Jeremy did an excellent job.

Had an appointment with Neese for a quote on a replacement HVAC system. Jw was the agent assigned to our quote. He showed up on time, was extremely courteous towards my home and surroundings. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as he was moving through. He detailed every option and suggestion. Once he was complete with his evaluation, he worked up the quote and explained every line item with great detail. It is easy to see that Neese will be great to work with.

I needed a new AC unit and JW did an excellent job explaining the parts and costs of installing a new unit. Neese responded so quickly when I called them on Sunday night. They sent a repairman out Monday by noon and once he told us our AC unit could not be repaired (we knew this unit was on its last leg), JW came out the same afternoon to determine what type of unit we needed. Today they are installing a n new unit.
