Chad was our service tech today and he has been coming out for as long as I can remember. He has always been a knowledgeable and personable young man. We have used Neese-Jones for at least 10+ years for our twice yearly maintenance. Everyone from the receptionist to the services techs to the owners have been a pleasure to work with. Anything I’ve needed between service appts, they have been able to answer, run out if needed or just walk me through something if I’m not sure of what to do.You will not find a better nor more personable company than Neese-Jones.

Great to work with.Responsive and professional service are always there when you need them.Adding to the above - I just had my system reworked and added a new unit. Was not an easy job but was done with the most attention to detail. The two crews who worked on site and John who orchestrated it were very knowledgeable and pleasant. They all made sure to deliver the best installation.I definitely recommend the company to anyone who is looking for great service.

This is still one of the few companies that has not been bought out by private equity yet, and the family business really shows it! I have used Neese for years now and compared to all of the other ones I have had to use they blow everyone out the water. I don't feel like every visit will be a sales pitch, and they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable each time.Daniel came to visit for my furnace tune up. Daniel was excellent, one of the best I have ever interacted with. He was nice, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I hope I can get him again next time.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Neese. Sam came the same day after called then Joey came to assist with helping price and decide on a new unit. Then they were here the following day with our replacement unit. They were very upfront with the costs and offered several options allowing us to select the option that was most affordable for us. During Installation Andres and the rest of the crew were very professional and considerate. He answered all our questions and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving at the end of the day.

Had AC emergency, Neese Jones had a resource out to my house within 3 hours of my call, 3 pm on a 92 degree day. Jeremy was the technician and he was exceptionally diligent. He fixed the issue (on a 20 year old unit) without telling me the whole system should be replaced... which it does. Recommending Neese Jones, and if possible, request Jeremy! He is very thorough and a pleasure to work with!
