My A/C stopped working and after many calls to other A/C companies I stumbled onto Neese. One company I gave my phone number for a callback, no one followed up. Another A/C couldn’t see me for 5 days. Neese came out the next day and fixed my problem. The repairman agreed to see me after already working a full day. Neese went over and above to help me. Clayton, the repairman was professional and had my A/C working in no time. I have put Neese in my phone as my go to A/C company and Clayton as my repairman of choice.

Brandon was here on the 9th of April, 2026. He performed the 6 month service check. When finished, he told me that the “unit” was getting old. I had been spending more on repairs lately than I really should have. So, I did some research on what to replace it with and the company I would like to do the job. After researching the type and name of the unit, I came up with “Lennox”. And the company to use to install it was Neese. Of all the companies, Neese came in number one above all the others. Why? It has thousands of reviews, far more than any other business, yet still maintained a 4.9 rating. So, Brett McAllister came out and presented me with several options to fix my old unit blues. He showed me the different units and how each one would enhance my performance. Fortunately his company, Neese Heating and Air, was a Lennox dealership, as that is the unit I preferred. So after choosing the one I wanted, installation was only 2 day away!! And, without Brandon’s knowledgeable assessment of my equipment, I would probably be spending lots more money on simple repairs. If installation goes as smoothly as the first part, we’re good. Thank you Brandon and Brett.

Neese did an excellent job of installing two new HVAC systems for us. We have used them for several years for twice yearly maintenance and have been very happy with their service. The price for the new systems was very competitive and their sales rep (Brett) did a great job of working with me through the purchase process.

Trevor Jones from Neese Heating, Air and Plumbing came out to install our new toilet in our master W/C, a new vanity and sink in our powder room, and 2 new faucets in our J and J bathroom. After the great job Trevor did with installing our new water heater we decided to have a few more upgrades done. Trevor notified us of his arrival time and finished the assigned jobs in a very professional manner. We would use Neese HAVC and Plumbing again for any of our projects and services.

3/23/26 - our Hot Water Heater was out and Trevor came over and fixed it promptly! Great service and respectful!We have been working with Neese Jones for over 10 years. We have used them for preventive maintenance, repairs, additions to our home and recently replaced a 15 year old unit on our main floor and. Heat pump on our Terrace Level. They provided a competitive quote and then installed within a couple days. We have also had to replace the heating unit on the terrace level and last we have also replaced the water heater! The install crew has always been professional and never disturb anything inside or outside of our home as they replaced the furnaces and water heater! A great company and Rick Harris and Russell have been great to work with! I will definitely continue to use them!
