Great experience over the course of two visits. Easy booking and the technician who inspected our HVAC system, Brendan, was excellent - he was knowledgeable and took the time to explain and demonstrate the various functions of our system, with which we were unfamiliar. Follow-up quotes from Neese for optional repairs were clearly provided with no pressure to purchase. Our follow-up visit to have a new humidification control panel installed by Sam went smoothly, too. Excellent experiences all around; glad we went with Neese.

I've been doing business with Neese Jones for several years. I find it interesting that such a great company does not need to do any advertising. They have always went out of their way to be nice, honest and do a great job the first time around. Can't say enough good things about Neese Heating and Air and their servce team, especially Mike Tourney. He's the best and besides servicing our units he takes care of our daughter and SIL's home. We're all set for a warm home this winter. Neese H&A is the best.*****2024 Update***** Annual Spring/Summer maintenance tune-up and service. After 30 years our units are still going strong. Hopefully another year of saving some big bucks, though eventually we will need to replace them, but no need now. Overall was a great experience! Keith the salesman was a straight shooter with a great personality. Justin the installer was thorough, clean and efficient.
