John with News-Jones was called out to check on a unit not staying on. He quickly diagnosed it was a clogged drain line which triggered the overflow safety switch. He proceeded to troubleshoot and restore everything to perfect operating condition.

August 1, 2025Diego and Angel showed up promptly at 8:30 am and were very polite, friendly and professional. They worked quietly all day removing my old HVAC and installing the new one. By 4 pm they were done and we were enjoying the bliss of cold air once again pouring out of our air ducts. They up after themselves and left little sign they were here (other than a new quiet HVAC unit). Great Job Diego and Angel.July 2025AC not working on main. Called Neese after hours and had Clayton the tech here 1st thing in the morning. Claton was super friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem with my 20+ year old unit (leaking coolant). We quickly determined it was not worth fixing at this point.2 hours later, Rick Harris (sales/cooling consultant) arrived and who we worked with 6 years ago. He quickly provided us options for replacing the unit. Since we have worked with Neese and Rick before we agreed to replace the units with something very similar they provided us 6 years ago for the other floor. Costs have gone up a tremendous amount in 6 years so Rick did the best he could to help with the costs (we did not need a lot of add-on features to keep costs down).In 2 days, Aug 1, we will get a new unit installed and warranted for 10 years.March 2025David was here to perform Spring tuneup. Arrived on time, very polite, efficient and was in and out in less than 1 hour. Always a pleasure to have the Neese team here.October 2024:Axel was here to perform annual Fall service (and he was here in the Spring for summer prep/maintenance). Wonderful, polite and very professional. Always a positive experience. We can easily rest knowing our systems are well cared for and maintained after each Neese Jones visit (and their excellent team).March 2023Keith was here again to perform my spring service (and he was here in November for the Fall service). SUPER GUY, very friendly, very courteous. Was able to come early and called ahead to make sure it was okay. Did a great job, and I was able to continue with my conference calls without concern or interruption. Provided a great update before he left. We will continue to use Neese Jones!Spring 2022McKennley was here today to provide spring inspection and service. He arrived early and called ahead to confirm that was okay. Like the other staff at Neese Jones, Mack was super friendly and very polite. He was quite a bit faster than the other technicians that were here but assured me all was tested and working properly. He did clean the outside units and was on his way to the next customer in 30 minutes from start to finish.Fall 2021Keith was here today to provide my fall maintenance / check up. Super friendly, polite and courteous as always. Appeared to do a thorough inspection and all seemed to be in order. No issues or repairs and told me to call if anything seems out of sorts, otherwise he will be back in the spring.Spring 2021David performed my service today and was excellent, professional and above all, personable. I continue to recommend Neese Jones as they are head and shoulders above the others I have used and I never feel cheated and scammed. I enjoy having them at my home and trust them. Sort of like having a friend come help you out.Spring 2020:Today Russel of Neese Jones arrived at my house on time and performed my spring inspection and service of my two HVAC units. He was extremely courteous, personable, professional and attentive of the Corona Virus preventive measures when visiting my home. Equally important, Russel was very efficient and professional when performing the technical inspection and service of my units. I continue to be very happy with Neese Jones and their staff and look forward to them continuing to keep my HVAC systems in top working order.

We were having our routine systems check done and asked Russell to take a peek at our basement system as it hasn’t been beeping up with this heat wave. He agreed to do a thorough investigation into what was causing the issue and discovered a sizable refrigerant leak. After discussing possible “fixes” (which just would have prolonged the necessary replacement of the system), he recommended before we make a decision, that we discuss the pros and cons of repair/replacement and pricing with a comfort advisor. All in all, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, right on time, worked efficiently and polite and respectful.

First off, Hands down the best there is! Pricing is spot on, the work is clean and timing is incredibly efficient. Our AC broke, of course during a dangerous heat wave. Calling and having different companies come and look at it. These guys were spot on! Talk about great customer service and fantastic employees! They are top notch! Will not upsell, over sell or any of the like. They are honest, affordable, and really great people! It's so nice to find that kind of service that doesn't rip you off! seriously. If you are in dire straits, these people don't feed on desperation. ( capitalizing on your desperation) Its refreshing! definitely a go to company for your needs.

Great company and service!! I used them last year to replace an old unit after getting quotes from 3 different companies. I have a mtce plan with them and used them recently to replace another old unit. They came out right away when I called about old unit not working properly and gave me options for fixing/replacing. I chose to replace and they came out next day. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Have a contract with Neese where they come every spring to tune up the air conditioners, and make sure things are running properly and again in the fall for the heat . I always ask for Logan because I was so impressed with him when he first came... And continues to be so friendly and explains everything to me that he's doing. I highly recommend Neese Heating & Air

We used Neese to put in a new HVAC system into our Atlanta condo. We had an emergency situation and Neese handled every aspect in a timely and professional manner. Russ came out within hours of the problem on Tuesday afternoon. Joey came out the next morning and quoted a new unit and Kyle and Armando installed the new unit on Friday morning. This team of professionals also got the unit onto the roof of the condo without having to utilize a crane. Brett and I were so impressed with this team who helped us from start to finish.

Neese Jones is the best! They are always, prompt, professional, and courteous. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. They do my Spring and Fall tune ups.I’ve never felt they were upselling me. About 5 years ago my 28 year old AC unit finally died. You know who I chose to do the replacement. My tech, Jeremy , is great! I would strongly recommend them over any of the “big box” retailers.

I saw their reviews (that I normally take with a grain of salt) but they really lived up to them so I am giving them a full 5 stars! David was very pleasant and knowledgeable so I asked for him to comeback when ever I get my next service. Also it was a nice fact that I called at 8am and they were here at 12 that same day. Great job
