David was very pleasant and knowledgeable so I asked for him to comeback when ever I get my next service. Also it was a nice fact that I called at 8am and they were here at 12 that same day. I have dealt with Neese-Jones for many years with different homes I’ve had. Developed an issue with my new home last night and called this morning. Technician came out this afternoon, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, knew exactly what needed to be done and had all the parts on his truck to fix it which took less than an hour. Axel was outstanding with his knowledge, efficiency, thoroughness and professionalism . I would highly recommend Neese and specifically Axel. Totally a 5 star experience!

Had an unexpected natural gas leak. It was discovered during a roof replacement. I phoned Neese and they had a service technician at my house within 30 minutes. Jordy immediately turned off the gas supply , examined the situation and presented an estimate of the job cost. He was very professional and worked very hard in what turned out to be a very tight and difficult work site. He clearly communicated throughout the job. I was more than satisfied and thankful for a job well done! I would highly recommend Neese.
