We have been a customer of Neese-Jones since 1998. Never had a problem with them...always great customer service from booking an appointment to the service tech showing on time to the service being done well and neatly. Now that the company introduced their plumbing service 18 months ago, we went straight to them for a huge plumbing problem. They did not disappoint. Trevor, the tech, was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to work with...polite, expertise beyond compare, explained every step to be taken and that was taken. Trevor took the time to with me to help me understand the huge problem we had and what needed to be done. That was today and the work is now scheduled for tomorrow. GREAT company, GREAT techs and a GREAT plumber in Trevor!!

We have been using Neese Jones for several years now and are very happy with their services. We have had everything done from new systems installed to new ductwork to routine maintenance work. Recently, when it seemed like one of our units might have a leak, they came back to do a leak detection. Before charging me the fee for that, I was so impressed and appreciative that Shawn checked out the unit thoroughly and when it checked out fine, he did not need to do a leak detection so I was not charged.Several years ago, when we had them install a new unit, it worked fine but had a loud, annoying squealing noise. After several attempts to fix the squeal, Neese Jones stood by their 100% satisfaction guarantee and replaced the entire outside unit. I have to especially call out Cody, who was extremely nice and patient every time I called with my complaints - and I called a lot! He was always responsive and polite. This company is top-notch and I highly recommend them.

March 2026Jeremy was my technician today and was super friendly and very professional. He spent extra time to chit chat and explain the service he provided. I continue to recommend Neese as they are head and shoulders above the others I have used and I never feel cheated and scammed. I enjoy having them at my home and trust them. Sort of like having a friend come help you out.October 2025Doug was here to perform my bi-annual maintenance and like everyone else at Neese, he was very personable and professional. In and out without any issues and my system is all good for the winter. Thanks Doug!August 1, 2025Diego and Angel showed up promptly at 8:30 am and were very polite, friendly and professional. They worked quietly all day removing my old HVAC and installing the new one. By 4 pm they were done and we were enjoying the bliss of cold air once again pouring out of our air ducts. They up after themselves and left little sign they were here (other than a new quiet HVAC unit). Great Job Diego and Angel.July 2025AC not working on main. Called Neese after hours and had Clayton the tech here 1st thing in the morning. Claton was super friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem with my 20+ year old unit (leaking coolant). We quickly determined it was not worth fixing at this point.2 hours later, Rick Harris (sales/cooling consultant) arrived and who we worked with 6 years ago. He quickly provided us options for replacing the unit. Since we have worked with Neese and Rick before we agreed to replace the units with something very similar they provided us 6 years ago for the other floor. Costs have gone up a tremendous amount in 6 years so Rick did the best he could to help with the costs (we did not need a lot of add-on features to keep costs down).In 2 days, Aug 1, we will get a new unit installed and warranted for 10 years.March 2025David was here to perform Spring tuneup. Arrived on time, very polite, efficient and was in and out in less than 1 hour. Always a pleasure to have the Neese team here.October 2024:Axel was here to perform annual Fall service (and he was here in the Spring for summer prep/maintenance). Wonderful, polite and very professional. Always a positive experience. We can easily rest knowing our systems are well cared for and maintained after each Neese Jones visit (and their excellent team).March 2023Keith was here again to perform my spring service (and he was here in November for the Fall service).
