Zack was our tech today. Arrived on time - a big plus in my book. Accessed our issue (leaking Water Heater above the drop ceiling) and got the replacement unit on order for us. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have been using them for a several months now and they have been excellent every time they have come out. We had a very tricky AC unit (not installed by Neese). Another company we were using had come out multiple times and mistakingly diagnosed the issue, charging us each time. Neese came out and worked tirelessly to correctly diagnose, explain, and remedy the issue. I found each of the technicians we worked with to be very knowledgable and passionate about ensuring that the issue was fixed correctly.I very much appreciate the entire team's effort - from scheduling, to technicians everyone was polite and helpful.

After decades of loyalty to another HVAC service supplier and after ownership changes, cultural decline and ridiculously increased pricing, we switched to Neese. This first experience with them was exceptional….from the customer service reps to the scheduling and follow up to the service techs, including Russ & John. The initial service on our 3 units was thorough. Coincidentally, we had a service need a little over a week later. They scheduled us immediately for the next day and John immediately identified a simple correction needed. So pleased with our change to Neese!

*****2025 Spring Update*****Neese Heating and Air was back at it today for my annual spring maintenance tune-up and service. You just can beat the quality service from Neese H & A, especially from Mike Torney our service tech. Just as he was getting into cleaning the outdoor units the skies opened up. Working between the rain drops Mike forged on and got the job done. To top things off the power went out for about 5 minutes. But all was good. Dedication, knowledge, and efficiency are the hallmarks of great people who are at the heart of a great company. We're set until our winter service.*****2024 Fall Update*****It was time for the Fall/Winter service check and units still going strong. Can't say enough good things about Neese Heating and Air and their servce team, especially Mike Tourney. He's the best and besides servicing our units he takes care of our daughter and SIL's home. We're all set for a warm home this winter. Neese H&A is the best.*****2024 Update***** Annual Spring/Summer maintenance tune-up and service. After 30 years our units are still going strong. Hopefully another year of saving some big bucks, though eventually we will need to replace them, but no need now. I can't say enough good things about our service tech Mike Tourney and the staff at Neese Heating and Air. In today's world, customer service seems to be a disaster, but at Neese Heating and Air, this is what makes them stand apart from the rest. Recommended by a neighbor for yearly maintenance. Called their office to get on their schedule. The lady in the office patiently answered all my questions and gave a thorough explanation of what services would be performed during the visit. They were able to come out, right away and they met all my expectations. They called 30 minutes ahead of time to tell me they were on their way. I signed a maintenance agreement but it’s not required. I highly recommend this company. They even wore shoe covers while inside our home. Thanks Russell and Steven for doing a great job.
