2/19/26 - Today's tardy semiannual maintenance was another convenient & great service provided by Shawn R & his partner. Neese-Jones has consistently since October 2016 provided above & beyond service and care. Anytime I have had any HVAC and water heater issues, they promptly resolved it to great satisfaction. Thanks!4/25/25... Today's semiannual HVAC maintenance was another example how well Neese-Jones provides excellent service. The tech was kind & efficient. 6/23/23... HVAC Tech A. and Jordan N., all their HVAC techs & customer service reps are THE Go-To Home Comfort Experts. They made my years (since 2016) of ownership from installation up to semiannual maintenance hassle free. Their solutions lowered my electric & gas consumption thus lowered my utility bills, yet keeping my home cooler and warmer as desired. Exemplary service every time from phone call to appointments. The question of whether I would hire them again... the answer is yes without any hesitation.

The two men who came to install our HVAC system were excellent. One came from a job in the same building to tell my wife when they were coming so she could be ready. They were courteous, professional, informative, and cleaned up so well that we couldn’t tell they had been there except for the cool air. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being high we rate them 20.

This is an additional post after my previous positive review submitted on behalf of Mr. Jeremy Hall. I recently was visited by Mr. J. W. Bampton, sales representative for Neese HVAC regarding the replacement of my basement heat pump and the furnace for the upstairs unit. Mr. Bampton demonstrated his outstanding value to both Neese and its customers. He was thorough, knowledgeable, attentive and very professional during our discussions. His demeanor instills confidence in Neese with his clients, and it was clear to me that he enjoys his work. It was a genuine pleasure to meet with him, and we look forward to the installation of these new units. Mr. Bampton is a great asset to the Neese organization.

So delighted Neese sent supervisor David Cope out to our house! We have a house full of dust. We can dust one day and the next it’s back, even though we use good filters. Our furnace is cleaned by Neese twice a year and is always reported to be in excellent conditions. David went to up in attic and checked our furnace and found that during installation, corners were cut and he found out why our house is so dusty. The cost to repair will be minimal and I know it will be done properly. I also mentioned 2 bedrooms that are too hot in summer and too cold in winter. He went back up to attic and said they could install 2 dampers a that can be closed off partially so the bedrooms can receive more air! I am so delighted with Neese!

Update, Feb 2025 - Philip serviced our HVAC systems this morning and was so thorough in explaining existing and potential problems and the most effective way to address them. Super sharp, super friendly. I always feel like I’m getting the best, most comprehensive service from Neese Jones.Update, April 2025 - Jonathan serviced our HVAC systems this week and was very helpful in explaining where our older unit is in its anticipated lifespan and our options from there. Super polite, friendly guy. I always feel comfortable that I am getting good service and good advice from Neese Jones.Update, May 2023 - Zach serviced our HVAC systems last week and recommended two relatively minor fixes (cost-wise, anyway) to keep things working more effectively. He was back out this morning to make those fixes and also installed a thermostat base plate we bought to cover some unpainted/chewed up wall spots while he was here. Super nice, super smart guy. We always appreciate the information and options we get from the service techs. Still highly recommend Neese Jones!Our two, 16 year old water heaters (50 gal, gas) finally broke down and starting leaking everywhere - we noticed this on Sunday evening but it likely happened earlier in the weekend. Called Neese Jones Monday morning at 8:00 and they had the two new units delivered (thanks DJ Mike!) and installed (thanks Mike T and his - unfortunately name unknown - assistant!) that afternoon. Cindy W. in the office was so helpful and friendly. We have used Neese Jones for our HVAC maintenance and installation for almost 10 years and I have never had any complaints. Service is always easy to schedule, technicians are quick but thorough and neat, and always very nice!
