October 2025Doug was here to perform my bi-annual maintenance and like everyone else at Neese, he was very personable and professional. In and out without any issues and my system is all good for the winter. Thanks Doug!August 1, 2025Diego and Angel showed up promptly at 8:30 am and were very polite, friendly and professional. They worked quietly all day removing my old HVAC and installing the new one. By 4 pm they were done and we were enjoying the bliss of cold air once again pouring out of our air ducts. They up after themselves and left little sign they were here (other than a new quiet HVAC unit). Great Job Diego and Angel.July 2025AC not working on main. Called Neese after hours and had Clayton the tech here 1st thing in the morning. Claton was super friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem with my 20+ year old unit (leaking coolant). We quickly determined it was not worth fixing at this point.2 hours later, Rick Harris (sales/cooling consultant) arrived and who we worked with 6 years ago. He quickly provided us options for replacing the unit. Since we have worked with Neese and Rick before we agreed to replace the units with something very similar they provided us 6 years ago for the other floor. Costs have gone up a tremendous amount in 6 years so Rick did the best he could to help with the costs (we did not need a lot of add-on features to keep costs down).In 2 days, Aug 1, we will get a new unit installed and warranted for 10 years.March 2025David was here to perform Spring tuneup. Arrived on time, very polite, efficient and was in and out in less than 1 hour. Always a pleasure to have the Neese team here.October 2024:Axel was here to perform annual Fall service (and he was here in the Spring for summer prep/maintenance). Wonderful, polite and very professional. Always a positive experience. We can easily rest knowing our systems are well cared for and maintained after each Neese Jones visit (and their excellent team).March 2023Keith was here again to perform my spring service (and he was here in November for the Fall service). SUPER GUY, very friendly, very courteous. Was able to come early and called ahead to make sure it was okay. Did a great job, and I was able to continue with my conference calls without concern or interruption. Provided a great update before he left. We will continue to use Neese Jones!Spring 2022McKennley was here today to provide spring inspection and service. He arrived early and called ahead to confirm that was okay. Like the other staff at Neese Jones, Mack was super friendly and very polite. He was quite a bit faster than the other technicians that were here but assured me all was tested and working properly. He did clean the outside units and was on his way to the next customer in 30 minutes from start to finish.Fall 2021Keith was here today to provide my fall maintenance / check up. Super friendly, polite and courteous as always. Appeared to do a thorough inspection and all seemed to be in order. No issues or repairs and told me to call if anything seems out of sorts, otherwise he will be back in the spring.Spring 2021David performed my service today and was excellent, professional and above all, personable. I continue to recommend Neese Jones as they are head and shoulders above the others I have used and I never feel cheated and scammed. I enjoy having them at my home and trust them. Sort of like having a friend come help you out.Spring 2020:Today Russel of Neese Jones arrived at my house on time and performed my spring inspection and service of my two HVAC units. He was extremely courteous, personable, professional and attentive of the Corona Virus preventive measures when visiting my home. Equally important, Russel was very efficient and professional when performing the technical inspection and service of my units. I continue to be very happy with Neese Jones and their staff and look forward to them continuing to keep my HVAC systems in top working order.

Great service every time! We recently had an issue with our AC unit and called niece heating as they helped us. Install a whole new system. Two years ago. Right away. They showed up same day, and took care of the problems. The next day, all under warranty, and the highest level of professionalism. I can’t imagine. Please let this confirm my very highest review for Neese-Jones Heating & Air Conditioning. While I required a new HVAC system in the middle of the very hot (08-10-2023) and early days of August. This also happened at the same time my home was recovering from a busted water pipe. On the HVAC install day, a full crew of contractors filled my home demolishing and rebuilding the damaged areas. Kyle and Rodrigo from Neese-Jones arrived right on time and set about removing and replacing my worn-out HVAC system and did so in a most professional and timely manner. Equally important there was never a conflict with the other work taking place in my home. My home is now cool and comfortable, and I am sure it will be warm and toasty this winter. Thank you, Neese-Jones for your accurate diagnosis, recommended system replacement and for having men like Kyle and Rodrigo on your Team!

We hired Neese to replace all the ducting work in our crawl space. It was all original. They completed the job in the crawlspace and cleaned up after themselves. We also hired them to install a UV Light and a new right angle HVAC filter. Our HVAC closet is small and we wanted to be able to install a 4inch filter.We initially had some air flow issues between upstairs and downstairs. Neese kept coming back to try different solutions until they got it right. We are satisfied with their work and would hire them again.
