Neese Heating & Air Conditioning came to our rescue when the motor on our 7 year old HVAC system unexpectedly blew out even though we got it serviced less than 3 months before.No one else would come out in the afternoon the day after Christmas but they did. They advised us that the part we needed was not in stock but they tried for over 3 hours to connect an alternate motor that unfortunately didn’t work.They continued to push for 2 days to get the part and installed it as soon as it came in.I felt that they really cared and went above and beyond to get us heat before the weather turned super cold.I cannot praise and recommend them enough.Thank you Neese for your professionalism and extraordinary service!

I discovered that the humidifier in our main floor furnace was leaking past the evaporator panel and called Neese to request a technician visit. Even though it was Christmas Eve, they had a technician available that morning, and in a matter of minutes Russell arrived at our residence to analyze the problem. He corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. Moreover, because Neese had performed the annual system check-up recently, there was no charge for the service. Over the years we have depended on Neese to fully meet our HVAC needs, and we have enjoyed peace of mind in knowing that Neese is always there to respond to our requests for sales and service.

Great experience over the course of two visits. Easy booking and the technician who inspected our HVAC system, Brendan, was excellent - he was knowledgeable and took the time to explain and demonstrate the various functions of our system, with which we were unfamiliar. Follow-up quotes from Neese for optional repairs were clearly provided with no pressure to purchase. Our follow-up visit to have a new humidification control panel installed by Sam went smoothly, too. Excellent experiences all around; glad we went with Neese.

I've been doing business with Neese Jones for several years. I find it interesting that such a great company does not need to do any advertising. They have always went out of their way to be nice, honest and do a great job the first time around. I have highly recommended them to family and friends and they have always appreciated the recommendation. Billy did a great job cleaninng my electronic air cleaner, checking levels and foam cleaning air filters. I appreciate him informing me of each step of the inspection and cleaning process. *****2024 Fall Update*****It was time for the Fall/Winter service check and units still going strong. Can't say enough good things about Neese Heating and Air and their servce team, especially Mike Tourney. He's the best and besides servicing our units he takes care of our daughter and SIL's home. We're all set for a warm home this winter. Neese H&A is the best.*****2024 Update***** Annual Spring/Summer maintenance tune-up and service. After 30 years our units are still going strong. Hopefully another year of saving some big bucks, though eventually we will need to replace them, but no need now. I can't say enough good things about our service tech Mike Tourney and the staff at Neese Heating and Air. In today's world, customer service seems to be a disaster, but at Neese Heating and Air, this is what makes them stand apart from the rest. Overall was a great experience! Keith the salesman was a straight shooter with a great personality. Justin the installer was thorough, clean and efficient. The reason we picked Neese is due to our computer board going out on our old unit. They were nice enough to put a board in for me for the time being at an extremely to make sure my family didn’t go without heat. Neese are a great family run business.
